Service for leaking sewage main: arrived to home to find that sewage main was not leaking but that it was fresh water coming through where sewage pipe was installed. Explained to customer how concrete is porous causing water to leak through and cause water stains. Explained to customer how where pipe come through the hole that was drilled in foundation it was not properly patched around pipe causing ground water to leak through. Gave customer estimate to dig down to line and install double y clean out and patch the wall with hydraulic cement and tar so that the water doesn’t leak through the wall. Customer is selling the house and this was found during the inspection. He will talk it over with all parties in the sale and get back to us.
