When I arrived boiler temperature was around 215°. Boiler pressure was at zero psi. Replaced Filtro expansion tank, also changed to very corroded air vents. Boiler would not reach proper pressure due to various leaks coming from waterlines. Relief valve is installed at boiler drain must be Relocated. Circulator pump has possibly failed due to running dry. Kurt recommend sending senior tech tomorrow.
