The technician was punctual and notified me that he was available to arrive before the scheduled window for the appointment. He kept me informed as he performed the maintenance service. I’m very satisfied with the service.

Service for water leak: Arrived to customers home. Customer led me to the basement and showed me the leak in her downstairs kitchen faucet. Located the water main shutoff. There was angle valves behind the panel wall. Old gate valve in the drop ceiling shuts off outside spigot and kitchen water line. Gave a price to replace spigot valve and new ball valve. Customer agreed and signed. Removed old spigot and replaced. Cut old shutoff valve in drop ceiling. Installed new shutoff valve to isolate spigot and water line that lead to kitchen Shutoff angle valves for old kitchen faucet, since she doesn’t need this anymore. There is a sump pump under the kitchen sink that isn’t working. Gave the customer a price to replace it. Customer wants to do this job but she will talk to her mother first. Paid for the balance for today with a card. Customer is very happy. Told the customer that I will perform a water quality test when I come back to do the sump pump. Would like paper copy receipt
No heat and hot water due to bad primary control not sending voltage to clean and cut oil pump, possibly bad oil pump, also found bad aquastat, not sending voltage to oil burner, and bad zone valve for indirect water heater (leaking and stuck open), boiler is also leaking, Recommend residential replacement boiler.
Service to put chrome cap in place of the old RO faucet. Zach was out here earlier today to install a hose bib and disconnected the old RO system that the customer did not want anymore but he did not have the chrome cap to put in the hole of the counter top where the faucet was. Put the cap in place and double checked to make sure there was no leaks and everything was working properly. Collected signatures and the job is now complete.
Service for broken shut off valve at the kitchen sink. Customer was trying to shut the water off to the ice maker because the new refrigerator was being delivered today and when they tried to turn the valve off it snapped. Remove the old nipple from the threaded elbow in the wall and install a new brass nipple and 3/8†angle stop for the cold water to the sink and ice maker. Customer would also like for us to leave the ice maker line disconnected so when they drop off the refrigerator they can easily hook up the new one. Once we put in the new threaded angle stop, we turned on the water and tested. There is no more leaks and the valve is working great. Cleaned the work area, collected signatures and payment. Job is now complete. The customer is very happy with how quick we came out and were able to replace the valve for a good price.
Install customer supplied hose spigot. Folkes arrived on 10/14/2021 arrival to install customer supplied hose bib. Upon arrival I drilled out the hole for the new hose bib. I then mounted the new hose bib to the side of the hose and connected it to the water line inside. I then turned the water on and checked for leaks there are no leaks at this time. I then thanked the customer for choosing folkes and left.
Arrived and made the piping repair to the 1/2†hot water line. Used 4 90’s to move piping further away from the flue pipe. Took flue piping apart and brushed the heat exchanger and took a combustion test after. No other issues to report.
