I called with an emergency and Folkes made it to my house within ninety minutes. Immediately determined the problem and came up with a solution quickly.
The plumbing repair was in a very tight spot to reach. Alex knew just how to reroute the piping to make the repair. I was impressed. He did a great job and I would ask for him again . Also very polite.
Noah was by far the best technician we’ve EVER had do work in our home. No matter what the job or company he has been the best! We look forward to creating a relationship with both Folkes and Noah for our families needs!
Chris once again very polite and courteous he put on paper booties because he didn’t want to get dirt in case he had mud on his shoes from working on another customer thought that was very nice. He also explained the new part to me.
The service tech was professional and polite. It took a second visit to diagnose the problem since it was intermittent, but he found the source (the boiler “brain” module) and the repair seems to have addressed the issue. I’m satisfied!

I called this morning complaining of an oil smell. They called me back and said they would have a tech come out. He arrived around noon, diagnosed the issue and had it repaired by 1:45pm.
Customer stated his issue was that the home is reading set temp on thermostat (70degrees) but the home still felt cold, explained to customer in detail that the problem is not the furnace but how well the home is insulated, also suggested if it still feels cold in home to increase the temp on thermostat. Did a evaluation on furnace just to make sure the unit was running correctly also replaced air filter as a courtesy. As per Tyler no diagnostic charge.
Service for no water: Arrived to the customers home. Customer states that there is no water coming from the refrigerator. Appliance company told the customer that they needed a plumber to look at their plumbing. Went under the sink and noticed the shutoff valve was off. Turned it on with no issues. Home has been renovated. Customer asked for prices for a utility sink and a new spigot install. Checked the water meter and noticed that the valve was very old and showing signs of corrosion. Gave 3 estimates for all of these installs. Customer would like to move forward and paid a half deposit for the job. Called the office and scheduled an appointment for next Friday the 28th. I will call the water department to schedule an appointment to turn off the water next Friday. Waived the fee for today. Customer is very happy with the service. Would like HVAC department to look at their systems.
Could not get access to busted pipe. Customer will call when there is a way to get to pipe. Was not able to see burst in pipe, will probably need press tool and fittings when we come back. We bill customer
Found pilot light out for water heater. Reset pilot and water heater fired up. Informed customer it will take about 45 minutes to an hour to start getting hot water.
Service for frozen pipe. Customers water was converted from well to city and the softener and well tank were still in the loop but doing nothing. A 45 elbow burst after freezing connected to the softner so we removed the non working softener and cut the well tank out of the loop and re piped from before the softner to after the well tank and bypassed the old system. They are no longer in the loop and the bursted elbow was replaced. . All working properly at at this time. Customer is satisfied with service.
Service to repair damaged pipe in laundry room. Cut out section of burst 1/2†pipe under laundry duo valve. Remove section and replaced with new 1/2†copper pipe and fittings. Installed to include new washing machine duo valve in existing box. Spray foam insulated the opening in box to seal. Customer did not want to open the wall up more than what was there due to having to break tiles. Washing machines hoses reconnected. Customer happy with work. Payment received. 1st response on location for cleanup of water damage to basement
The customer stated no heat with 1 zone. The temperature was at 75 in that zone. Found the taco zone panel clicking on and off, the green power light is controlled from the 120v circuit but I had constant 120v to the board. Disconnected all low voltage wiring and the power light stayed on without issues. Jumped each individual zone with a jumper and the panel did not click off. Found the thermostat in the garage clicking on and with an error. This zone they do not really use. Once I connected all low voltage again and left that thermostat off the wall the taco panel was normal. The customer does not want the thermostat replaced right now and will leave it off the wall until she has us come back in the spring to replace it.
