Service for water leak: Arrived to customers home. Customer led me to the basement and showed me the leak in her downstairs kitchen faucet. Located the water main shutoff. There was angle valves behind the panel wall. Old gate valve in the drop ceiling shuts off outside spigot and kitchen water line. Gave a price to replace spigot valve and new ball valve. Customer agreed and signed. Removed old spigot and replaced. Cut old shutoff valve in drop ceiling. Installed new shutoff valve to isolate spigot and water line that lead to kitchen Shutoff angle valves for old kitchen faucet, since she doesn’t need this anymore. There is a sump pump under the kitchen sink that isn’t working. Gave the customer a price to replace it. Customer wants to do this job but she will talk to her mother first. Paid for the balance for today with a card. Customer is very happy. Told the customer that I will perform a water quality test when I come back to do the sump pump. Would like paper copy receipt
