Of all weeks to have our AC break... The hottest day of the week too. I cannot say enough good things about Folkes, from their customer service over the phone, to the speed in getting someone out here. Their guys were so awesome. They explained everything to me as they went too. Our house was perfect when they left, and they didn't leave till they checked it multiple times to make sure house was cooling down correctly. It was so hot, they were outside fixing unit, in our attic replacing filters (can only imagine how hot that space was). Thank you so much! You guys went above and beyond to correct the issues and get us back up and running. Im sharing you info with my friends and family. Thank you!
