I have receipts for numerous service calls by Force over the last several years toateling over $11,500.00. The last call was for a frozen up system. He checked the coolant on two units. He found that the valve stems were loose or leaking from their original instellation by Force. Because I am not a club member he charged me a premium price of $448.00. I still don't know why it froze up. The previous call was a plumber who installed a disposal unit. I discovered three weeks later that it was installed wrong and was leaking. They came out and fixed the mistake but didn't offer to repair the damage. I'm 75 years old and I spent two days under the sink removing and replacing the cabinet floor. I'm done with Force.
