Each person working is great however we get a different person every time. We have literally replaced all parts on our inside and outside units including the copper line, however each time we get hit with several hundred dollars because the Freon has emptied. This has happened every year for the last three years. I feel like if you sent the same person out they might take pride in what they are doing and check the entire system not just what they were sent to work on.

Service was great! They made sure the unit was working correctly and even got a tech out after hours because there was a problem with the system not producing cool air only heat. Thankfully, the technician was able to fix it and we were back in business with A/C!

Cut the mastic on my ac then lied to my wife saying he resealed everything, imagine my surprise when I found a massive air leak into my attic where he made his cut and did not reseal it. He offered over $1000 in fixes when another company fixed my issues with a spay bottle of soapy water and elbow grease. This might be the worst $100 I ever spent
