We received excellent service from Ben. He is a very friendly, likeable man. He was prompt and arrived just before his scheduled arrival time. After servicing our heat pump , he restarted the system to ensure all segments of the system ran properly before he left. Also, he left my basement in better condition than he found it. Mylo was great, he was at the door at the designated time, did a thorough job checking both the inside and outside units. This was the first time a tech doing a service cleaned the outdoor unit. Hope he does the service next time. Thank You
