The service tech who showed up was very polite and professional. Prior to leaving he provide excellent feedback on my systems. Outside of that, I can't tell you exactly what service work he did as he was outside, where our heat pump is locate, and downstairs checking out our furnace, and I didn't follow him around to check on what he was doing....
