The company needs to go out of business a big rip off, 2 technicians, problem worse when they left, and they got paid. I DONT RECOMMEND USING FREEDOM HEATING AND COOLING!

Found thermostat not calling contactor for heat, changed thermostat. Found aux heat not coming on due to not being plugged in on install, wired in and checked amps. System operating properly.
I replaced both uv bulbs and both filters
Arrived no cooling found both systems not running due to fried tstats had a power outage and fried both stats and so that’s not under warranty so replaced fuses and stats and both systems are operating properly now and collected $660 by card.
Contactor was bad causing compressor to run continuously causing the compressor to overheat. Going to leave unit off for a day and let compressor cool off and if it doesn’t work we will return to quote for new system. If system is purchased we will take total for contactor off of the amount for new system
Multiple issues with the unit couldn't go under the house due to animals the return Flex has falling off of the indoor box outdoor unit is kicking out on high pressure probably because of the dirt being sucked into the unit nothing can be done at this moment the client does not want the issue looked into further got the guarantee from the client for 100 a month but didnt want greensky ran if they call before the day is over I will honor the price 11/22/21
Leak searched entire package unit, was unable to find any leak. I did pickup a couple of traces around evap coil. But unable to get a positive leak. I did clean both outdoor and indoor coil. Both were very dirty. Checked pressures found to be slightly low less than 1/2 pound. However there is a good bit of rusty and deterioration of unit. Cust signed new freedom comfort club service agreement
HVAC seasonal tune up on 2 Goodman systems, cleaned the unit, checked all motors, other electrical components, refrigerant charge and all operations are working properly for the weather.
Performed a fcc tune up, cleaned system, checked the components of system the amps, blower motor controller and everything is operating properly.
