Upon arrival to a FCCPTU call. The technician arrived on this date for service. Then performed the scheduled tune up on the system. Found no area's of concern at this time, other than a dirty media filter, that needs to be replaced. And the system is lacking indoor, and outdoor surge protection. The customer does not want to address these issues at this time. The system is operating upon the technicians departure.
