You all was going to charge me 300.00 for a thermostat that you all put in and replace twice. That is a ripoff when the thermostat that was out in by you only cost 17.00 and after I told the guy I would get someone else to do the job my tenant called me and said he got it working THE WORSE service I have ever received

HVAC Repair. Went out on a call for an inoperable HVAC system at a residential home. Upon inspection, found the condensate line to be clogged. Cleared out the drain line to bring the system back to operation for the relieved homeowner.
On arrival homeowner explained how the back room had poor air quality. I ensure to look everything over and I found that the evaporator coil was completely dusty and dirty from the inside. It wasn’t a filter there to stop all of the dust from being stuck up causing the system to overflow with it. I installed a BGI to help prevent anything growing on the coils and put a filter. I flushed out drain line and cleaned up with the foam cleaner for the inside air handler. I ensure heat flow and that the system is working properly upon my departure.
Performed ptu system works as it should, replaced filter 413 Aprilaire filter , customer paid with check 133.00
Inducer fan motor tube for pressure switch was clogged. Cleared hose and system came on as it should.
Nest thermostat is bad causing AC to run with heat. Customer is going to get nest to send new thermostat. Need to touch base in a week to sign up for FCC agreement
Bad compressor,and bad outside fan motor, I turned it over to Andy.

Replaced primary motor controller on outdoor unit. System needs serviced. No other areas of concern. Everything operating properly upon departure.
Come out to do $39 tune up started at ah cleaned and checked it sprayed evap foam rinse on coil and put some drain tablets in there and moved to ac cleaned and washed coil on it checked components all is working good it’s a newer system. Did tell him he needed surge protection and antibacterial growth inhibitor but he declined at this time . Collected $39 by card also asked him to get service agreement but declined that as well.
Come out no cooling system wasn’t on at all and water in pan vacuumed that out and blew drain out and it is not good it needs a pump and hose but customer says he gone do him self and also found tstat bad so he went and bought his own stat and I installed it for him for $144.10 and paid in cash system operating properly now.
I arrived today on a maintenance tuneup m. I checked everything on the system to make sure that everything was cleaned up and working properly. I did come across that the filter was dirty and needed to be replaced so I replaced it
Come out no cooling on mini split found system low on charge so did leak search found outdoor coil leaking customer wanted to do a new one but said he wants to think on it since he just got a new traditional system. So I told him our price is good till July 15th and our price may increase said he will call us before then. Collected $39 by card. System is not working properly upon departure. Told him I would turn it off or he may have water leaking.
Checked duct work for leaks and all vents. Found one vent closed covered half way by dresser and another one blocked causing improper airflow. All vents are now flowing good.
