Performed single system tune up. Inspected all electrical, checked pressures in cooling, cleaned condenser coil. Cycled system through heating and cooling. System is functioning properly upon departure.
Arrived on call no cooling upon inspection found a blower motor going out due to bad bearings, will have to call Monday about part and availability. Customer is going to get the motor and replace.
