Arrived on no cool call for basement system. upon arrival found unit with dirty filter and low ref. In 09/20 I found a leak in a inaccessible area. Added ref and cleaned filter. Also checked levels in other system.both units working properly upon departure

Arrived to inspection found both mini splits leaking on flares near indoor evaps downstairs flair was inaccessible. Quoted $687 to repair upstairs leak, but leak is very small. And unable to repair downstairs without you tongue and groove wall paneling coming down. Both systems were recharged when out last week, leaving both systems as is for now. And will keep a eye on them to see how they do, will address issues later if ref leaks out quickly Also cleared drain lines and checked flow to insure units are draining properly
Came out to job. Power bill been running super high. System immediately kicking on and heat. Checked refrigerant, checked duct, checked everything. Found reason to be thermostat wiring. Fixed wiring everything running smooth now.
