Contactor for heat kit had gone bad and was chattering making a buzzing noise in the house. Replaced contactor and system is functioning properly upon departure. These items will need to be done to assure the safe, efficient and long term operation of your system.

Performed single system tune up. Checked all electrical on indoor unit and found no issues. Inspected system for bacterial growth and found coil to be contaminated and blower motor is filthy as well. Highly recommend adding bacterial growth inhibitor to prevent further growth. Checked electrical and pressures at outdoor unit. System is functioning properly upon departure.

Blue wire going to condenser from board was broken, I trimmed the wire and put the wire nut back on system works as it should. Customer paid with credit card 39.00

Customer was hearing a buzzing/clicking noise coming from the system. After inspecting indoor unit I found that it is a zone system and one of the dampers actuator motor has gone bad and not opening or closing, the motor is the source of the sound the customer is hearing. We will need to order the actuator motor and get it replaced.

Performed single system tune up. Checked all electrical components in furnace and everything looked good. Checked pressures on outdoor unit and they are where they need to be. Found secondary motor control on outdoor unit to be bad and the primary starting to show signs of its age. Presented customer our full AC restoration package and that’s what we decided to do. Added new primary and secondary motor controls, added easy start for compressor, and added surge protection to the power box. All of these parts are going to have a 1 year warranty. Surge protector has a $7,500 guarantee if it does not do what it is designed to do. System is functioning properly upon departure. These items will need to be done in the near future

Came out to diagnose dust issue with system, found that there is already so much dust in the duct work that it continues to filter through the home and back through the system. Our best solution would be all stages of IAQ and our simplest preventative measure would be to install a coil uv light and a stage 4 ionizer in the supply side of ductwork. Customer going to talk it over with his wife and call me back today.
