Stephen was my technician. He did a great job. He also listen to my opinion and worked from what he heard. He represented Feedom Heating and very well.

Corey was so helpful and honest. He worked diligently to make sure he got us set up to have our new system put in the next day. He even killed a snake that was near the a/c unit.
Arrived to call furnace not working found door to furnace wasn’t on all the way. Also found the kill switch connected to the furnace off. Turn the power to the furnace back on. I recommend some replacement and repair system operating properly upon my departure. Pastor will also like invoices mail to the address of the church.
Tstat won’t come off of schedule, customer will get their own. Our prices are to high , and the Alabama power rebates incentive is gone. Customer paid with credit card 69.00
Bad wiring in the house , needs to get a electrtion out to fix the breaker box. Customer paid with credit card 39.00
Come out no heat found tripped 60amp breaker found wire is a little to small for that circuit and outdoor disconnect needs to be replaced. But he has got a electrician he gonna use but I left estimate if he goes with us collected $69 for di and unit is working properly upon completion.

So after talking with Tracey we and customer we confirmed that the gas valve is bad and needs to be replaced. So I left his options for him. But he said he will call and let’s us know collected $69 by card.
I am for a maintenance tune up. I made sure everything was working properly. I found dirty blower wheel, also suggested an surge protection, an corrosion defender.
Found cap on blower motor to be defective. Customer says he will call American homesheild because they been out a few times.

Performed system clean and check. Vent pipe is out of code. System has growth build up. No other areas of concern. System cooling properly upon departure.
System was smoking and is 1986 I turned it over to Eddie.
Breaker tripped due to recent storm. Customer turned breaker back on. System needs full maintenance. Will setup a service agreement. System operating but will run until house cools.
I came and inspected the system , system is cooling, I didn’t find anything burnt in the system, I checked the board, transformers,wires, and blower motor, system works as it should. Customer paid with cash 39.00
Arrived for di and checked outdoor unit. Cleaned condenser coil it was dirty.
Door to furnace wasn’t on all the way, I secured the door, checked Freon levels, system works as it should. Customer paid with check 99.00 DI fee.
