Upon arrival found five-year-old system checked all components cleaned condenser coil’s found no current issues at this time equipment operating upon departure
Found return all tore up went ahead and repaired today and changed extremely dirty filter told customer if it happens again there will be a 350$ charge to replace 16in flex return
Arrived to new customer tune up upon inspection found 2011 Goodman system was really dirty and moldy customer wanted breathe easy but could not get approved for repairs I went ahead and gave one more tune up in the winter to customer and so we can possibly get a second chance
Checked heating and cooling on system checked heating components and electrical wiring electrical components evap coil filter phasing units motors control boards checked and cleaned outdoor condensing unit system running properly upon completion.
I arrived on this date for service. Performed scheduled tuneup on system. The condensing coil was very dirty and the filter was as well I have cleaned the coil and the customer is taking care of the filter. Everything is working as it should and found no areas of concern the system is operating properly upon my departure.
Came out to job. Cleaned unit. Checked wiring and components and all checked out today. Unit is 2 years old and cooling well at this time. Unit running and cooling properly on departure.
Came out to job. Unit was not cooling due to bad thermostat. Not energizing reversing valve through orange wire. Put orange wire in red and everything worked great. Left it that way because client wanted me to. She preferred heating over cooling. Cooling is all that the unit will do while wired that way. Water heater is rusted out and has too much pressure built up and leaking out of valve at bottom. Water heater will go bad eventually and will fail if concerns persist. Client says hot water does not last long.
Arrived to tune up found system out of refrigerant could not find leak also customer asked to get a price on system for down the road set up a lead for me and Andy for Monday also need to leak check with Andy on line set
Upon arrival to a PTU. Checked the systems. The main level system has bacteria growth, a lot of dust. The evaporator coil is rusted. The compressor was pulling high amps. The upstairs system checked out fine. Cleaned up, systems are working as well as they can upon departure.
Upon arrival the thermostat was was not getting 24 volts to the Nest. The thermostat wire was chewed on under the house. Performed the wire repair, cleaned up. Unit/ thermostat working properly upon departure.
Came out to perform a tune up. Found that the blower motor is bad, and the evap coil has leaks.
Performed a fcc tune up, cleaned all components, performed a maintenance inspection and everything is operating properly.
