Installed new blower motor under part warranty but no labor.
Arrived on call no cooling, upon inspection found a defective blower motor, called to check warranty and availability found unit under warranty but no labor. Labor for new motor installed $483.00 schedule for Friday morning first call, part at mingledroffs Birmingham.
Arrived on this date to diagnose why customer had no ac, found that there was bad condensate pump under house keeping unit from coming on. System is now operating properly upon departure after replacing with new condensate pump under warranty.
Arrived for service tune up and checked and washed outdoor package unit.
Arrived on this date too perform routine maintenance, purifiers still working properly no leaks found on system charge still correct,
Cleaned evaporator coil, blower housing. Installed bacterial growth inhibitor signed up for one-year maintenance agreement equipment operating upon departure
Upon arrival found system with extremely dirty evaporator coil extremely dirty blower wheel completely clogged filters, checked all components cleaned condenser coil’s equipment operating upon departure
Installed system, BEP, duct runouts, thermostat. Collected the 5 by card.
Dropped off and Installed 2 cases of filters 20x25x5 & 12x12x5
Upon arrival to a No Heat call, checked the system. The system is out of propane, blower continued to run because it didn't satisfy. Cleaned up, everything working properly upon departure.
