Come out to do tune up on system and fix hole in duct and mastic sealed best I could also drain was clogged up really good cleared it and vacuumed it and checked indoor coil and it’s still good and I sprayed evap foam rinse and put drain tablets in drain and cleaned condenser coil and all is working properly she bought a new service agreement and collected $167 by card for it and left them 2 estimates for new duct work as well cause they really need all metal customer is happy and system operating properly upon completion.
Arrived this date for service, customer called about no cooling checked filter filter was dirty replace 210 filter.
Will need to return to finish service work
I arrive today on a maintenance tuneup. I checked everything to make sure everything was working properly and cleaned up. And I replace the customers filter.
Arrived to no heat upon inspection got under house to find door off system and 15 amp fuse in spot of 5 amp found transformer and board Burnt up also didn’t find short causing original fuse to blow due to bad parts system is 23 years old customer is talking over options
Upon arrival found two year old system biological growth in supply Air ducts, Extreme amounts of particulates found in supply and return air ducts.
Arrived to find fuse blown due to bad heat strip contactor system is now working properly upon departure
Upon fireplace inspection it was noted that oxygen depletion sensor and all components of the unit were intact, properly maintained, dust and particle free, with no corrossion or buildup visible anywhere on the unit.
Blown fuse replace fuse check for low volt short. System operating as should need to come back Tuesday and clean and maintenance system
Found system pieced together with heavy modifications no diagrams for what I’m looking at something on the heat side blowing transformer let customer know it would be more cost effective to replace instead of throwing parts at customer is gonna think about ot
Arrived to no ac found pan full in attic found drain line extremely clogged cleared pan and drain system is now running and draining upon departure 2 year old Goodman
Upon arrival preformed two system tune up washed coils checked all electrical components found bad capacitor on older system replaced it checked pressures and amp draws and everything looked okay system running properly upon departure
System was working as best as possible adjusted charge slightly to see if it will help also changed dirty 410 filter as well
Arrived to unit not turning on upon inspection found blown low voltage fuse fuse was blowing due to secondary heat source contactor also found bad battery cap dirty evap coil and mold in duct customer decided to go with everything in near future and mandatory but could not get approved customer settled with mandatory will need to come back and maintenance system unit is now working upon departure
