Arrived to no heat with system working. Customer informed me that systems was having a hard time working during extreme weather. Checked all electrical components and pressures. Found dirt and microbial growth building up around system. Amp draws were high on blower motor. Quoted customer price for blower cleaning and UV bulb.
Arrived to no heat call with thermostat showing error code. Thermostat was bad. Replaced thermostat and ran mode test on all system functions. System running properly upon departure.
On arrival for PTU I checked and clean package unit. I checked cooling and heating found no areas of concerns at the moment. I checked all other components and made sure Stage 4 was operating properly, but Stage 2 BGI needed replacement. Sent bill to customer didn’t have service at the time. Package unit operating properly upon my departure .
Arrived this date for service performed clean and check on package and mini split found mini split was low on refrigerant
Arrived this date for service client called about no ac, found bad blower motor have to call in the to check on part. Unit is not operating properly upon departure.

Found lose connection on board that connects blower. Fixed issue. System now cooling upon departure
Arrived for di and found bad compressor and low R22 refrigerant. Evap coil rusted and contaminated.

Arrived to no heat upon inspection found a hole rubbed through on the txv will need to order and come out and repair system is completely out of Freon and will not hold any turned on back up heat for now

Upon arrival found 29-year-old system, spider box duct, Extremely dirty blower wheel, evaporator coil, furnace cabinet, biological growth inside supply air ducts. Checked all components clean condenser coil’s equipment operating upon departure
Upon arrival found four year old system with blown fuse, replaced fuse equipment operating As it should
