Arrived this date for service. Customer wants something to help her breath coming back to install hepa
Arrived on call no cooling customer had another company out to Find a defective capacitor, customer had replaced all working as should
Arrived on call customer complaint was supply runs in front bedroom and back bathroom had come loose, will need very small person to come out and fix, also need to check all ductwork to make sure all is sealed and connected.
Come out no cooling found outdoor unit no coming on due to dead cap and system was pretty dirty so told customer she needed ac restoration customer approved so replaced cap and contactor new disconnect and surge protection and cleaned outdoor unit and checked and cleaned indoor unit and all is working properly now and customer got 5 yr service plan. Collected $1132.40 by card.
Repaired fill valve in toilet where spring came loose.
Found drain pipe to have come apart. No other areas of concern. System draining and operating properly upon departure.
Installed new gas valve under warranty but no labor, system working at this time may need a inducer draft motor.
Arrived to call found exhaust diverted blocking the glue. Removed diverted, installed steel mesh back in place. System operating properly upon departure.
Replaced out fan motor. Cleaned out coils. 1yr service agreement. Customer will call closer to winter for first tune up. System cooling upon departure.
Arrived on this date for service. Found bad secondary motor controller on outdoor unit. Replaced and reconnected the electrical wiring connector to compressor. System cooling upon my departure.
Bad pump, replaced it. System working properly.
