Single system maintenance on homeowner's AC system. This service will help the system run more energy efficient and prevent breakdowns from happening. Air conditioning tune-up will also help the unit last much longer.
Arrived on call to replace blower motor, installed new motor cycled system all working as should.
Arrived on call to find Heat pump not working properly. Determined the thermostat was the cause. Customer choose not to replace at this time. System running on emergency Heat for the time being.
Arrived on this day for single unit maintenance tuneup. Checked safety measures on unit . Evap coils good, ductwork clean, blower wheel highly clogged customer didn’t want to move forward with getting it cleaned and fixed. System was up and running upon departure. Customer didn’t allow me to check condenser unit. Paid via card
