The client called us to repair a leaky faucet. We removed and replaced the gasket to repair the problem. We also suggested that the client consider a water filter to remove the debris and lime from the water in order to avoid the same types of problems in the future.

Arrived on this date to diagnose why customers ac was running power bill up so high, found that condenser coil and Evap coil was very dirty and stopped up, recommended having tune up done on system so owner is gonna call to have 1 scheduled. System is operating at this time
Arrived at call. Pulled and cleaned blower motor.
Fan motor needs replaced. Compressor showing signs of overheating. Pressure outside are low but couldn’t get accurate readings. Not enough return for system. Evaporator coils rusted and leaking. Outdoor system needs cleaning. Drain pipe needs cleaning. System not cooling upon departure.
Arrived on this date for service. Found clogged drain lines. Cleared lines and plugged pan. System operating and draining upon my departure.
Arrived on this date to diagnose why customer was having problems with ac not working properly, found bad capacitor on system and replaced it, we had just replaced capacitor in December but had went bad again so replaced it for no cost. System is operating correctly upon my departure
Done the yearly maintenance on the equipment. Checked clients vents for air quality. Heat strips seemed to be ok. Checked the heat pump. Also checked supply air in the house. I enlarged and changed all supply registers. Everything is working fine
