We performed our semi-annual maintenance on the client's HVAC unit. Including: Check and adjust blower motor and belts. Thermostat testing and settings review. Change air filter. Lubrication for all moving parts. Regular tune-ups save time and money on expensive repairs.
After purchasing a fixer-upper, this client was fielding estimates to replace the old AC units with a new HVAC system. We did a thorough inspection and gave our best price and timeline for the work summary, warranties, and certification. We also let them know about financing through our Ally partners.
I arrived today on a maintenance tuneup. I checked everything on the system to make sure that everything was cleaned up and working properly. I did find that both of the filters is dirty and they need to be replaced, the uv bulb has burned out and I found a lot of bacterial growth inside of the duct system. I did replace both of the filters and the bgi bulb
I arrived to on a 3 system maintenance tuneup. I checked everything on all three systems to make sure that everything was cleaned up and working properly. I did find that the older system needed an ac restoration kit and the main system needed a battery cap so I installed all of those items. I also found that it was mold and bacterial growth inside of the upstairs system.

On this date performed a tuneup two systems found roast on both schools units are working properly
Arrived at home for 2 system tune up, cleaned cflame sensors, checked capacitors, blower amps, checked indoor electrical. Replaced both 413 filters at $116 ea. Both units working upon departure These are the items needed to ensure the proper operation and comfort of your home.
Upon arrival found 2 15 year old systems With dirty blower motors and rusted evaporator coil’s cleaned condenser coil’s equipment operating upon departure
Arrived on this date found blower motor locked up and capacitor dead replaced and gave the one-year fccc agreement System is fully functioning with new upgraded motor operating as expected

System is low on refrigerant and starting to freeze. Parents own home son is living here right now. Talked to him about options for repair he wants to proceed with adding refrigerant for now told him it would be $125 a pound and it’s probably 4lbs low on r22. We will need parent’s permission to proceed with repair they are going to call into office so we can get them on the schedule for repair soon as possible. Called John G sent him pics he is aware of job and wants to be notified when repair is being done as well. We will need 16ft extension latter to get up on the roof and add refrigerant
Upon arrival found four year old system with malfunctioning thermostat customer stated he was going to go to Home Depot and grab a couple herself swann quoted 119 per thermostat install
Arrived on call no heat found locked up inducer motor, furnace is 16 years old and rusted out due to laying on the ground. Will have comfort advisor meet customer at 1:00pm for options.
