Arrived on this date for single unit maintenance tuneup. Cleaned unit, checked refrigerant levels, unit was operating upon departure.
Turned system on, let it run, still running, not freezing up,has had water damage, blower motor, and blower motor housing are starting to rust.system works as it should. Customer paid with credit card 39.00
Found system had no high voltage found breaker needed reset, started system and checked operation. System operating properly.
Found breaker tripped but no reason why it did at this time checked amp draws and Freon pressure all in range leak searched coil amd couldn’t find anything if it happens again it could be issue with the breaker system was only pulling up to 15 amps rated for 25
Customer had 2 units one looks good levels and torque booster were good ,the other unit is a 2004 and needs replaced
I arrived on this date for service cust stated no ac: found leaky eVap cust knew leaky system only wanted r410a ... perrformed bandaid repair system cooling upon my departure
Came out to job. Cleaned system. Checked wiring and components and all checked out today. Changed filter out. Will need to order and bring out new practical pleats next time we come. 20x30x5
Breaker by outdoor unit is oversized it’s 40/50 amp and needs to be 30 amp and customer said they would call office when ever they decide to do it.
Found draft motor stuck, I was able to get it free and running but no guarantee if it will last. Cycled unit several times with no issues. Cust signed new fcc service agreement. Would like first service in spring preferably in mid April
