Upon arrival checked all indoor components, cleaned flame sensor, filter good, vent pipe good, checked all outdoor components, removed debris/trash from outdoor unit, cleaned outdoor coils.
Performed ptu system works as it should.also replaced 213 Aprilaire filter customer paid with credit card 105.60

Fan was in the on position on the tstat,I put it on auto,system works as it should. Customer paid with credit card 69.00
Came out to inspect humidity and bacterial growth in the home and in duct system. Found duct system not 100% sealed and pulling air from and distributing air too the crawl space. Inspected inside of duct system and found it to be completely contaminated with biological growth. Also found the blower wheel and coil to be very dirty as well. Customer is also having to change out 1 inch filter once a week. I put together a few options for the customer with the best option being a full duct replacement. They are renting from her dad and will need to talk to him and get back with us. System is functioning properly, just need to address the duct system and other areas of concern. Changing out duct system and adding humidity controller for $10,931.72. Financing approval pending.
Perform tune up on 3 units all look good replace bgi bulb
Performed 2 system tune up. Inspected all electrical at both indoor and outdoor units. Checked pressures at outdoor units. Checked quality of filters and both systems need a filter change. Upstairs is a 16x25x1 that customer will replace. Downstairs is Aprilaire 413. Cleared drain lines. Cycled through heat and cool, both systems functioning properly upon departure. These items will need to be done to assure the safe, efficient and long term operation of your system.
Cleaned Orifices. System needs full maintenance. Unit heating properly upon.
Quoted mr 11,987 to replace A 3.5 ton hp and ah with stage 1-4 breath easy.
