Upon arrival to an PTUTSR call. The technician performed 2 system maintenance's. Found both coils rusted badly. The downstairs coil is leaking, and rusting into pieces. Both furnaces 25 years old. Both of the coils are from 2005. The outdoor units in good shape. The downstairs unit is low on refrigerant. Both of the units are running upon departure.

Performed cleaning on 4 ton ac unit, cleaned evaporator coil, cleared drain line, pulled blower motor, cleaned outdoor unit
Performed ac cleaning and repair on a 2017 Goodman 3.5 ton unit.
