They replaced a fan motor for me back in July. The replacement motor started making a noise yesterday, I called them this morning and they had replaced it before I got home from work today. I was very impressed with the professional service I received and they did'nt charge a dime. Thanks Fuller, you are my go to guys from now on.

Upgraded unit last year..was told it would save us money on electic bill but has cost more compared to the old unit we had. Not happy about that at all but unit does work good. See what it does this summer. We even ran how fire place for most of the winter to keep the bill down. Bill has been up about $20 to $80 since new unit. For the price i paid for this unit i exspected much more, especially since i was told it would save money. I would have gone with cheaper unit if I had none this. The staff that has worked on it is great and friendly on the better side. No complaints on there part they have done a great job.
