Performed semiannual maintenance on the AC system. Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety Systems. Found everything to be working within manufacture’s specifications for operation. Indoor cooling coil is starting to show signs of rust and corrosion and a leak check was completed with an electronic leak detector but did not find any leaks present at this time.
