Performed semiannual maintenance on one comfort cooling system. Tested all Performance, Mechanical and Safety Systems. Found everything to be working within manufacture’s specifications for operation. Homeowner did report he noticed condensation inside the furnace closet and on the coil panel. We found the panel to be slightly bent, allowing for the cold air to mix with the combustible air vent. This caused excessive condensation inside closet. I double sealed the panel and suction line to prevent cold air from mixing inside closet.
