Performed service diagnostic. Diagnostic found that the safety switch in the secondary drain pan had failed and was not passing signal. Primary condensate drain line was also clogged. Options for repair were presented to customer and they chose to have the drain cleared and the safety switch replaced. Drain line was cleared and flow tested with water. Safety switch for the secondary drain pan was replaced. System set to 77 degrees per customer. System was running at the time of departure.
