Trip 1 - Performed service diagnostic. Diagnostic found that blower motor was making a loud noise while running and was leaking grease from the motor. Blower door/panel was also missing and door switch was held closed with tape. Options for repair were presented to customer and they chose to replace blower motor and door panel. Electrical disconnect confirmed in and on. System was running at the time of departure. Will return to complete repairs and run maintenance check. Trip 2 - Repair was completed. Electrical disconnect confirmed in and on. System was running at the time of departure.
