Performed service diagnostic. Diagnostic found that the condensate drain had clogged and caused the safety switch to trip. Electronic safety switch would not reset. Options to replace electronic with a mechanical switch were presented to customer and customer chose to move forward with repair. Repair was completed and drain line cleared and treated. Electrical disconnect confirmed in and on. System was running at the time of departure.
