Performed service diagnostic. Diagnostic found that the condensate drain line had backed up and tripped the safety switch. Breaker switch was also off. The electrical disconnect for the condenser unit was bad and not passing power. Options for repair were presented to the customer and they chose to have the disconnect replaced and sign up for maintenance. Completed repair and performed AC cool check. No other major issues were found. Drain line was cleared and treated. Condenser coil cleaned. Electrical disconnect confirmed in and on. System was running at the time of departure.
