Max inspected my old system and gently explained the extensive damage caused by a lightning storm power surge from a few months back. Chase came out and helped me pick the best system for my house. The installation team did a fabulous job installing my new Carrier system. No scratches on the floor, the cat remained safely inside, Jason patiently answered all my questions along the way, Angel leveled the outdoor condenser perfectly, and Ethan explained the new system and thermostat thoroughly.
