Performed semiannual maintenance on 2 cooling systems. Tested all Performance, Mechanical and Safety Systems. The side guest house system is running within manufacture’s specifications for operation. The main house has a corroded indoor cooling coil, the drain pan is severely clogged, and the outdoor condenser coil is extremely brittle. Lastly, the outdoor exhaust motor has overheated.
