Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety Systems. Found the outdoor run capacitor below value for operation and the primary water safety switch intermittently failing between cycles not allowing for the outdoor cooling unit to turn on. Also noted the indoor coil is extremely rusted/corroded leading to potential for rupture of the coil causing the system to lose refrigerant. Spoke with homeowner and they decided to move forward with replacing the outdoor run capacitor and installing new water safety switches inside attic. Homeowner also decided to join our yearly maintenance plan. Completed repairs and tested all systems. Everything is working at this time.
