We arrived to check unit #5 near escalators at a commercial facility in North Miami. Found that thermostat was completely blank and unit was not running. Checked condensing unit and found that fuse was blown. Checked system for shorts and found that wire for one of the condenser motors was shorted. Repaired short and replaced fuse. Once parts were replaced turned unit on however found that board display is not working. Most likely display also shorted which is why board is blank. Was able to get unit to run however board will need to be replaced. For now unit is running and cooling.
