Arrived to checked the upstairs system due to no cool. Found that there are multiple issues with unit. Found that fuse is blown which is why unit is not running. Also found that contactor is very burnt up and needs to be replaced. While checking system also found that evaporator coil is very dirty and needs to be cleaned in place and also found that condenser coil is in extremely poor shape and flaking badly and should be replaced. Overall unit is in very poor condition and should be considered for replacement.
