Arrived to customers house to give plumbing options regarding a water softener, filter, possible laundry and vanity hook up. Took pictures of all things needed to complete options and giving customer all options Tuesday. Customers OK with us is giving Tuesday and would like to get things done on a Wednesday when she work from home. Customer was satisfied with services today

Arrived, met with Bill the property manager and proceeded to shut down the boiler. We isolated the circulator in question and began the removal. I ran out to the supply house and picked up a new circulator pump. I wired and installed the new pump, restored power and turned on the boiler. We checked for leaks and proper operation and all was good. As a final step, Bill ran upstairs to confirm that the heat was present in the bedroom. We observed the boiler run, cycle and reach temperature accordingly. Bill was very satisfied with the service.

Arrived at customer house. Assessed the situation and determined a bad circulator. Customer approved the option to replace the Circulator. Call Different Supply House and no one had it available. I explained to John that WinSupplay told me for them on Monday. they can get it. Customer is happy with today service. (customer gave me a deposit of $1000)

Met with Serafin, and ask if there were any issues? He responded none. Took me to the mechanical room and showed me the furnace. Opened up the cabinet, removed and cleaned the flame sensor. Checked and inspected all electrical connections. All in excellent shape. Inspected the blower motor and wheel. Also in excellent condition. Checked the return filter, and it was dirty. Serafin pulled out a new one and replaced it. Turned on the heat to the furnace and observed the unit go through the start up sequence. From inducer fan, to pressure switch, to igniter, to gas valve. Furnace is operating as it should.
