Received work order complaint of mini split system not performing in the restaurant bar / dinning room area. Spoke with Mike Guirgis on the phone who was not present for the troubleshooting diagnoses. He walk us through the property via phone. Inspected the restaurant ac ceiling cassette for codes and proper operation. Opened the unit to inspect the communication wiring. Moved to the outside condenser. Opened up the unit and test for proper voltage. Traced the incoming voltage through the terminal block, and into the circuit board. Found no voltage exiting the main circuit boards and being received at the communication terminal board. Given the conditions and the age of the unit a full replacement is strongly recommended. Took pictures to document findings. Will submit a good faith estimate. Called the supply house to request in order to properly bid the job.
