I suppose the job was professionally done, but It was only AFTER the work had been started that Mike "remembered" to tell me there was a $125 fee for his just showing up. No one mentioned this when I made the appointment, so it seems that was intentional. However, he was very quick to offer me a service plan that will end up costing more than double that amount.

Greeted John and proceeded to perform a PTU on a Navien condensing boiler. I opened up the unit to check and inspect all wiring with electrical connections. I pulled out the igniter w/ flame sensor. It was full of corrosion and decay. I cleaned the off, inspected the heat exchanger and reinstalled the sensors. Next, I removed the boiler water trap, flushed and cleaned in the slop sink. I applied plumbers grease to the trap seal and reinstalled the unit. I removed the fresh air intake filter and found it full of debris with a bees nest growing. I cleaned it off and reinstalled. Finally, I removed the condensate pump tray and washed off the beads with a colander in the slop sink as well. I closed up the cabinet to the boil, restored power and fired up the boiler. I observed it run, cycle and reach temperature. All is good at this time.
Arrived at customers house for a plumbing tuneup/check up. Went through customers toilets, faucet, showers. Also checked well tank and water heater. Water heater is a newer install. Pressure gauge seems to need a replacement as it is stuck at 100 psi, but customers not running 100 psi; Customer has a 40/60 pressure switch. Reviewed estimates with customer and customer would let us know by september if he would like work done
Came to customers house to complete an inspection For the purchase of the house. Talk to customer and address any concerns with estimate and took notes and pictures of all the things that have to be completed. Hakeem addressed AC estimates and Brad addressed the plumbing estimates. Have to get in touch with Frank or Ed for estimates on tub trip levers and other things needed for the plumbing side of this job. AC estimates are all completed and we will need an electrician for the electrical panel

Then looked at outside unit to see if it runs and is running fine. So everything checked out for today in future customer may need coil outside cleaned because of grime built up.
