Met with Judy and Steve whom showed us to the two indoor units. Upon arrival Steve said, the units are working excellent and that we needed to rush with our service as he was pressed for time. Opened up the two units removed and washed the filters. Performed a thorough inspection of the two head units and recommended a cleaning service. Worked up a price and discussed what it involved. The customers said they would be interested in the service come spring. They complained the the price was two high.
Arrived to perform Ac tune up. Customer has no concerns Set thermostat call for cooling Observe indoor unit, washing air filter, condensate system, coils and performed temperature readings Observe out door unit, service coils, electrical compartment, motors, refrigerate lines The customer has 2 indoor units. I observed that the indoor units were dirty and I tried to clean them, but the dust is attached and it is difficult to remove. Recommended to wash all2 units with chemicals wash.
