Came to customers house for a plumbing tuneup, and everything was running good including Navient Combie boiler softener. Sinks toilets and showers were OK except for just one bathroom sink lever. Have to get price on part since I do not have one in the truck. Will call customer back with full price
arrived at the customer's house to make an Emergency call. I made a diagnosis of the unit. Check condenser unit and electrical panel. I proceeded to change capacitor because when I read it with my mf voltmeter. it turned out that it is defective. I changed it and proceeded to turn on the unit again. The ac unit it’s operate good just in the first floor. The second floor it’s working with heat pump. Recommend Replace the Ac unit because it is very old and the compressor is already working badly. It can be given at any time.
