Met Vandel and proceeded to perform PTU on a oil fired furnace. I replaced the oil tank filter along with the pump strainer. I removed the gun assembly, degreased, and scrubbed clean. I replaced the nozzle with a 75/80B. I reassembled the gun assembly, restored power to the unit and bled the oil lines. I turned up the thermostat and observed the furnace fire, run, cycle and reach temperature. The furnace is operating as it should. Vander complained of insufficient heat throughout the home coming out of the registers. I could easily see the issues. The entire ductwork system needs replacement. There are too many long 6” branches coming off the main trunk…. With too many elbows in the runs. I took pictures to document and properly price out the job for rectification. Third, I performed a plumbing PTU. The kitchen sink basin has NO shut offs. Master bathroom needs a new toilet, the Aerators in both bathrooms are clogged. Drains are all good throughout the home. The well tank although

Met with Benjamin Castro the new homeowner, I introduced myself and after working out the details. I proceeded to perform PTU on a Heil gas fired furnace. I opened up the cabinet and inspected the following items: the electrical wiring with their connections, the the pressure switches and hoses, the rollout switch, pulled out and cleaned the flame sensor, checked the igniter, the filter. Spoke with the customer regarding several heat pump options. Spoke about an SPP and Synchrony options. Customer was very happy with the service.

Met with Berk and proceeded to look over the water heater data tag to properly price out the new unit. Quoted him a price of $6180. I asked the customer what was he looking to spend. He replied around $5000. Called FraBar for a discount to nail down the job. We quoted $5400. Berk said he still had to think about it? I asked how many other estimates did he get. He replied, five and that he still had others to come out and get quotes from.

Greeted Patricia and proceeded to perform a PTU on an oil fired furnace. I replaced the oil tank filter along with the fuel pump strainer. I removed the gun assembly, degreased, scrubbed clean and replaced the nozzle with a 70W/65. I checked and inspected the electrodes for specs. I reassembled the gun assembly, checked the air gap settings and fired up the furnace. Bled the oil lines and the furnace lit off. I allowed the furnace to run, cycle and reach temperature. All is good and preforming as it should. I spoke to Patricia about signing up for a SPP. She is interested in a hvac spp.

Arrived To customers home for a shower body replacement estimate. Once looking at shower body that was kohler. Everything was working just fine and pressure was very good. Customer stated they did not like the pressure but pressure met regulatory standard. Customer then realized they did not need the shower body replaced and asked about an option for another shower cartridge. Once given the shower cartridge option they did not want to go through with any work because Angie’s list stated an average price for a shower cartridge is $230 to replace. Customer satisfied with services provided today

The customer approved diagnostic and trip fee. Checked the outdoor condenser unit. The lineset line was frozen and all the refrigerant is scattered throughout the compressor. I recommended doing a nitrogen leak test to find the leak and an evacuate and recharge. I also recommended a condenser change. The customer did not approve any recommendations. We called Supply to ask about the Bosh Inverter 83,000 Btu equipment. It was explained to the customer that if he wants to remove the gas from his furnace, he needs to change the electricity to 220 v. It has a cost of around $5,000 to $7,000 I gave him 3 different estimates. The customer said he would talk to his wife to approve the new equipment. We agreed that he would call go green or I would call him later to see what decision he made about the budget he had given him.

Cut out copper waste line from cast-iron to first and second connects. Also tighten sink drain to mainline. Talk to tenant and had him run water and toilet to check for leaks, no leaks were found and everything ran smooth
