Arrived to the customer house. Customer wants an estimate of the work of a Mr.cools unit. The customer has oil equipment and wants to switch to Heat pump, the customer buy a Mr. cool equipment. Customer says he's going to think about the options I gave him and call him on Friday for follow up. Customer is happy with the service.
Arrive at the customer house, customer checked the price of the Tuna-up, he said that he not going to pay nothing. He said goodbye and left angry, he said he was going to think if he called to schedule another appointment.
Customer was not needed to get measurements for load calculation. Business opens at 9

Arrived to meet and discuss with customer options on new unit. Tried to get unit running on one circuit of cooling and found that many of the sensors had been cut out and need more time to make needed repairs and further troubleshoot
