Met with Russ and proceeded to look over the replacement of the boiler to be considered. Russ, requested a high end boiler such as a Burnham or Buderus. I priced out several options and explained all the details. I answered every question and Russ seemed satisfied with the presentation. When he looked over the pricing he said that it was too high and that he had others coming to bid the job. I asked what would it take to seal the job. He said price. I asked how much did he think it would cost and how much was he looking to spend? He said, around 10,000. Customer declined options.
