Greeted Billy, and proceeded to perform a PTU on a Peerless oil fired steam boiler. I replaced the oil tank filter along with the oil pump strainer. I removed the gun assembly, degreased, scrubbed and cleaned. I replaced the nozzle with a 70/75A. Checked and inspected the electrodes, made adjustments. I reassembled the gun assembly, restored power, fired up the boiler, and bled the oil lines. I observed the boiler run, cycle and reach temperature. Customer is happy with service.
Met with Sam and proceeded to address his concern. I replaced the the furnace exhaust as needed to comply with Orange County Gas & Electric. Secured all joints with screws and fire tape. Job completed. Spoke about an SPP. Samuel very impressed with professionalism. Happy with the service.
Arrived at customer house. Assessed the situation I talked to the customer and explained that we have to do a Diagnostic and I gave him the price. Customer rejects the Diagnostic. The unit is about 20 years old
Met with Chris who showed us to the mechanical room. We inspected a Weil-McLain gas boiler. We turned on the unit and observed it operate through its heating cycle. Opened up the combustion chamber and tested its start up sequence procedure. Burners are dirty and in need of a cleaning service. Took a video to show the customer as there is a slight flame roll out issue occurring. Explained the need for immediate attention and that the unit can not remain in that state. Took pictures to document existing conditions. Overall the unit is in excellent condition with a burner cleaning service needed. Worked up a price and discussed it with Chris. Chris said that today is not a good day but that he will call to setup an appointment next week.

Talked customer said unit wasn’t running properly and wasn’t staying on. Looked into the unit not running rewired thermostat and air handler. Insured unit of proper operation and found that the pan had water in it for the air handler. Recommendation further diagnostic of pan is needed and customer is not interested at the time

Customer has no concerns Set thermostat call for cooling Observe indoor unit, service duct work, air filter, electrical connection, condensate system, coils and performed temperature readings Return: 70.3* F Supply: 50.4* F Observe out door unit, service coils, electrical compartment, motors, refrigerate lines Ac system operating ok at this time. Recommended Replace the capacitor, fan it’s working hard in this time. The customer says she will wait for the next appointment to replace it. Pls send this recommendations by email
Went to cystomers house for a possible sewer back up but customer stated he was inquiring about an A/C problem. Me and frank were dispatched and showed up to customers house unaware. We are leaving job at 12:02
