Met with Johnny. Who explains to me that he wants an option to replace his system. It is furnace, coil and condenser. Customer explained to me that he wants the option of the same brand that he currently has. I proceeded to give him and explain the options and talk about the price. Customer if decides to proceed with option he is going to call the office. Customer is happy with service.
Meet with Darlene who showed me to the mechanical room. I inspected a Goodman Gas Furnace, I turned on the unit and observed it operate through its heating cycle. burners and blower are dirty and in need of a cleaning service. But When I measured voltage of the capacitor I see is a bad capacitor, I explained to the customer that we have to replace the capacitor, Customer approved the option. Customer is happy with service.
Arrived to the customer house to gather information to order parts. Contacted Fujitsu, RAL and R.E. Michael and awaiting follow up call either today or tomorrow. I explained to the customer that we will follow up once we hear back from the supply companies regarding the parts.

Arrived at customers house for a plumbing tuneup. Went through all toilets, drains, faucets, sinks, bathrooms. No leaks detected in any drain or supply. No supply valves or drains were corroded or greening out. All in all piping was in good shaped and all in working order. Customer was satisfied with work completed
Met with Patricia (Patty) whom explained the issues with the boiler. Ran some diagnostic tests and found the Riello 40 F5 burner in need of a control box and capacitor. The control box was broken, the cad cell falling off with loose connections and overall in very poor condition. The capacitor was burnt out as well. Called several supply houses and parts are on back order. Worked up several estimate options for the customer. Repairs vs. burner replacement. Upon inspection of the overall condition of the boiler it is strongly recommended that a boiler replacement should be considered. Patricia was not home for the final outcome. Her brother Dre was authorized to completed the visit. Left word for Patricia to give us a call for a better explanation and walkthrough the decision making process.
