Arrive to performs OW TUNE UP. Set thermostat call for heat. Observed system operation. Replace 2 Oil filter, nozzle, safety’s, check oil valve, electrical connection. Recommended: Clean Blower wheel - Uv Bulb replacement. Customer declined the option. System operation ok in this time. Customer is happy with the service.
Greeted Peter and proceeded to the rip and tear process of replacing the cast iron steam boiler. Supplied, delivered and installed a new Burnham high efficiency cast iron steam boiler. Supplied and installed a 24” paver to properly set and level the boiler. Flooring was very irregular. Set the boiler and plumbed it out according to the manufacturer specifications. Included with the package were all new set of controls such as, pressuretrol, low water cut off, high limit temperature control, Hydrolevel water feeder etc, etc. performed all electrical wiring, also included the electronic water feeder. (Original) installed a new Beckett burner and replaced the oil tank filter along with the pump strainer. Restored power to the unit and bled the oil lines. Allowed the unit to run and heat up according to the manufacturer. Performed the skimming process to the boiler a couple of times. Once assured that all was good. We fired up the boiler and allowed it to run, cycle and reach temperature.
Arrived to customers house to snake a drain back up that has already been snaked. Line backed up at the same spot but managed to push clog down to 46.5 feet. Ran a camera inspection down the line to see where clog is. Clog is at 46.5 feet and there seems to be a check valve in the pvc which should not be in a private residential home. Brad and Dan are to come back Monday to run a locating device to see where a pipe seems to be cracked. Customer is aware we have to come back and line is not 100% clear
Arrived at customers house to snake a clogged mainline drain. Pulled out downstairs bathroom toilet and snaked to septic tank from toilet. Caught clog and unclogged main line. Customer was happy with work done.

Arrived at Vanessa and Craig Primus’ house to do a service on a bathroom sink. Look at bathroom sink and found out to be a designer part that looks to be converted from a shower handle style cartridge. Customer will contact us with information about brand of faucet and estimates will be written up July 8th and given July 9th for services needed to complete the job. Also estimates will be written up for a whole house water filter
Partner plan member- performed annual service maintenance on 2 units. Checked out the coils in the attic / basement both are good. Installed anti microbial tablets. Brushed and flushed both condensate lines. Checked the filters. Both are of metal frame reusable. (Clean) Checked and inspected both exterior condensers. I recommended a deep acid cleaning to the homeowner and she was not interested at this time. Took pictures to document connections. Inspected electrical junction box for mice nesting/ bugs. Cleaned both units an checked electrical wiring. All is good. No issues both units are running as they should. Line hide trim to the refrigerant lines was sliding down the wall. Pushed back into place.
